Розвиток тромбозів при гострій лімфобластній лейкемії в дітей

Abstract

Дві третини випадків захворювання на гостру лімфобластну лейкемію (ГЛЛ) припадають на період дитинства. ГЛЛ є високочутливою до хіміотерапії. Серед пацієнтів, які отримують сучасну терапію, загальне п’ятирічне виживання становить від 80 до 86 %, а п’ятирічне безподійне виживання — 78–83 %. Хоча більшість із цих пацієнтів, імовірно, будуть вилікувані, проте в значної їх кількості виникає рецидив хвороби, або розвивається вторинна пухлина, або деякі інші ускладнення, пов’язані з лікуванням, що може призвести до фатального наслідку. Несприятливі події під час і після лікування ГЛЛ у дітей є однією зі злободенних тем сьогодення. Важливо підкреслити ймовірність загального ризику розвитку тромбозу при ГЛЛ у дітей, а також ідентифікувати осіб із високим ризиком його розвитку, обговорити клінічні настанови щодо терапії і зменшення цього ризику, а також навести власні клінічні випадки.
