Advanced Features of Vaccinal Prevention: Invasive Pneumococcal Diseases, Pneumonia, Otitis in Children Can be Prevented

V.V. Berezhnoy, V.G. Kozachuk

Abstract

This review article presents data on the role of pneumococcal infection in the development of diseases of ENT organs and respiratory system in children. We considered the problems of antibiotic resistance and the use of vaccines against pneumococcal infection in children.
